It is the customers responsibility to check all the order details are correct at the time of placing your order.

Please note slight variations in the colour of any fabric may occur from time to time. This is a rare occurrence however we strongly recommend requesting up to date fabric samples if you were purchasing of fabric samples that you had received more then 4 weeks ago.

If an item is delivered faulty or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer care team on 0113 8730206 or email stating your order number and concerns. We may require for you to supply photographic or video evidence to support your claims.

If for any unfortunate reason you had to cancel your order, cancellation requests can be made until your order has been placed into production.

Once your order has been placed in production, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover any lost costs such as administration work, raw materials used and labour time.

Almost every product we offer is lovingly made to order in the UK. We have an extensive range of products and some of our products can be configured in up to an incredible 9600 different combinations.

This means the items you receive are individual to you and have been made to the specifications you had chosen when placing your order. For these reasons we do not accept returns on made to order items.

For hygienic reasons, mattresses can also not be returned once they have been removed from their packaging.

Custom alteration, colour matched or products that are made to order can only be exchanged if the product is delivered damaged or is faulty.

If your refund request is eligible, we will ensure your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days and it may take up to 3-7 working days for the funds to reach your account.
